SNM teaches what it practises: how a research project is designed, how a proposal is built around it, and how EU evaluators read the result. That material is three books — the four volumes of the Grant Writing Book, the AI Playbook for drafting under deadline, and one on how funders choose between the proposals they receive — and an online community for the questions that come up between courses. Workshops are run on demand and built around the call a consortium is actually preparing: a writing day on the proposal itself, and three modules on leading the project once it is funded, given by Martin Schlicht.

EU Research Funding Hub
How EU research proposals are actually judged, and how to win on substance. An online community for scientists working on Horizon and MSCA, grounded in real evaluation data, for the questions that come up between courses.
Workshops, on demand
Workshops are run on demand, on site or remotely, and built around the call a consortium is actually preparing rather than around a curriculum.
A writing day, on the proposal in front of you
One day with the consortium and the draft it already has: the concept and where it is thin, the structure an evaluator will read it in, and the sections the team cannot get past. It is worth doing once the call is chosen and there is something on the page to work on.
Leading the project: three modules with Martin Schlicht
The other half of a funded project is people: delegating across institutions that do not report to one another, keeping a consortium that meets on a screen talking to itself, and holding your own priorities when fifteen partners each want something different. These three modules cover that side, and are given by Martin Schlicht, the business trainer and coach SNM brings in for them. Each outline is a single page.
